Wolfe Collective (“we,” “us”) is based in Boise, Idaho. This policy explains what information we collect through wolfe-collective.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we only collect what you choose to share, we use it to stay in touch with you, and we never sell it.

When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you enter:

• Joining the Wolfe Den: your name, email address, city and state, the topics you’re interested in, and any note you write.
• Contacting us: your name, email address, the topic and your message.
• Newsletter sign-up: your first name and email address.

We don’t take payments or collect payment details on this site.

Information collected automatically

Our website host, Netlify, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run the site securely. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use your information

• To welcome you to the Wolfe Den and reply to your messages.
• To send the emails you asked for, such as Den updates, invitations and newsletters.
• To understand what our community cares about so we can create things that help.

Sharing

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Wolfe Collective (for example, Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions, or an email service we use to send updates), and only so they can provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
• You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you by sending a message.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re part of the Den or subscribed to our emails, or as long as needed to respond to you. When you ask us to delete it, we will.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please let us know and we’ll delete it.

Other websites

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
